We’ve put together some ideas for easy to make snacks, perfect for when waiting around for a gourmet meal to cook just won’t cut it.
We don't know what the question is, but cheese is the answer. Can’t go wrong. Who’s going to argue with the combination of crisps and cheese? Not me. Works especially well with salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Just layer all the ingredients, stick it in the microwave and wait for that glorious ping!

Bacon, egg and cheese waffle sandwich
8 strips bacon, oil, 16 frozen hash-browns, 4 eggs, 8 slices American cheese. Preheat oven to 400, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread bacon slices out, cook bacon until crispy. Fry your hashbrowns, once fried lay a slice of cheese over each one. Fry the eggs up, place each one on top of the cheese-topped hashbrowns and add the crispy bacon. Squash each one down into a sandwich and fry AGAIN! Genius!
