Shipping within the UK

For shipping within the UK, we offer the following options:

1. 24 Hour Tracked & Insured - This option usually delivers the next working day. You will receive text and email tracking updates, and no signature is required. The delivery charge is £3.49, and the package will be posted directly through your door, provided it fits, with proof of postage.

2. FREE 24 Hour Shipping Tracked & Insured - This option is available for all orders over £40. You will receive text and email tracking updates, and no signature is required. The package will be posted directly through your door, provided it fits, with proof of postage.

3. Next Day Delivery & Saturday Delivery - This option guarantees delivery on the next working day or on a Saturday. Text and email tracking updates will be provided, and no signature is required. Next day guaranteed service costs £6.99 and ships from Monday to Friday for next day guaranteed delivery (orders must be received no later than 3:45 pm).

Please note that the countdown clock on our website refers to the cut-off point for same-day shipping. Some specialist items, including some seeds, may not have a next day delivery option available at the checkout page. In such cases, we will inform customers via email as we may need to order directly from distributors.

International Shipping

For international orders, please select your currency (GBP, Euro, USD) at the top of any page. You can place your order using Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Transfer. Ensure that you select your country on the payment pages. We operate an International Flat Rate Fee.

International shipping is fully insured and trackable, charged at £9.50. All international mail generally leaves the UK within 1 working day. However, please note that we cannot predict how long purchases will be processed through networks abroad.

At Ice Headshop, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we are here to assist you with that process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping and returns policies.

We accept returns and will provide an appropriate refund based on the issue of the product(s). However, we do require the product(s) to be returned in as new condition, unused, and unopened. If your product is damaged, we may not always require a return if the issue is obvious, but we will still need photographic evidence. Please note that we conduct checks, especially with smoking paraphernalia.

All returns must reach us within 14 days from the date you received them. For customers outside of the UK, we allow 30 days for returns. To initiate a return, please send the product(s) back to the following address:

Please ensure that you include your order number and reason for return with the package.

We will refund your payment in full or in part directly to your bank account within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that we will not refund return postage unless an error was made on our end. In such cases, we can generate a returns label for you.

It is the customer's responsibility, not ours, to determine whether the products they wish to order are legal in their country. We cannot accept responsibility for any repercussions or replace any confiscations that may occur for products purchased from Ice Headshop. This applies to all international customers, and we will send the products with the understanding that all responsibility lies with the customer and that all laws respective to their country must be followed.
