- "Pending" = Bank transfer / Phone order. awaiting payment / awaiting processing update
- "Processing" = Payment accepted & is due for completion & dispatch
- "Complete" = Order has been completed & dipatched
- "Cancelled" = Issue with payment, please try again

Pending > Processing > Complete
