Order Status


We Send "Shipment" Emails During Our Working Hours For All Shipped Orders, Be sure to check your spam folder

At the same time your Order Status within  My Account  will update to Complete & your  ICE Points  will become available (If you created an account during checkout)



Order status:

  • "Pending" = Bank transfer / Phone order. awaiting payment / awaiting processing update
  • "Processing" = Payment accepted & is due for completion & dispatch
  • "Complete" = Order has been completed & dipatched
  • "Cancelled" = Issue with payment, please try again

*NOTE: All order status's are updated during our working hours, MON - FRI  10am - 4pm 
 Pending > Processing > Complete


Your bank statement for card payments will read: ICE SHOP
