Suggested Usage

Use a tea strainer or teapot & submerge 1 heaped teaspoon (up to 0.5g serving) of CBD flowers or solids in boiling water for optimal results. Allow them to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your flavour and strength preferences. This method extracts the essence of the flowers, infusing your cup with flavour and hemps therapeutic properties.

Extraction/Legal Information for CBD Flower Tea & solids:

Cannabinoids are lipophilic and not water-soluble. Therefore, extracting cannabinoids from hemp using hot or boiling water, as in tea preparation, is ineffective. This method ensures that any controlled cannabinoids present are not recoverable by readily applicable means. Consequently, our Hemp tea, containing less than 0.2% Δ9-THC, is not designed for administering controlled substances to humans or animals. Each serving contains less than 1mg of Δ9-THC, posing no health risk. Hemp tea is sold exclusively for infusion purposes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

The Law:

Hemp flower is NOT considered maruajana or a narcotic as ruled in a landmark hearing, click here, it qualifies as an "exempted product, click here" under regulation 2 of the MDR 2001. To qualify, CBD hemp flower/hash must meet three criteria:

(a) The product is not designed for administering the controlled drug to humans or animals.
Compliance: Our tea is intended for infusion in hot water and consumption as a beverage, not for administering any controlled substances.

(b) The controlled drug is packaged in a way that prevents recovery by simple means and does not pose a health risk.
Compliance: The cannabinoids in our tea are not water-soluble and cannot be effectively extracted through the infusion process, ensuring that they cannot be recovered by readily applicable means and pose no health risk.

(c) No component of the product contains more than one milligram of the controlled drug.
Compliance: Each individual serving of of our tea (under 0.5g) contains less than 1mg of Δ9-THC, meeting the legal limit for controlled substances.
